Forecasting
The energy forecasting feature anticipates hourly energy production for the plant over the next 7 days, considering both DC and AC levels while accounting for component degradation. Users have the option to improve accuracy by adding meteorological station, though it's not mandatory as per Solar Data Collector requirements.

Digital Twin
A Digital Twin for the Solar Data Collector is a virtual replica of the solar energy system, created to monitor and optimize the performance of photovoltaic (PV) plants. By collecting and analyzing real-time data from various sensors, the Digital Twin provides a dynamic simulation of the plant’s operations, enabling accurate performance tracking, predictive maintenance, and energy flow analysis. It allows operators to visualize the energy production, storage, and consumption in a digital environment, helping to identify inefficiencies, predict potential failures, and improve overall energy management. This tool enhances decision-making by offering actionable insights to optimize energy generation, reduce costs, and increase the longevity of the solar assets.

Inverter Efficiency
This metric shows the DC/AC conversion efficiency for each inverter, offering both total and daily averages. It helps detect performance drops below nominal values, which could indicate defects or malfunctions in the inverter. Monitoring this data ensures efficient operation and early detection of potential issues.
